// what’s in your bag? : harper poe of proud mary

We are lucky to have some srsly amazing designers living & working in Charleston! One of our favorites is Harper Poe, owner of Proud Mary:

Proud Mary is a socially conscious textile design company owned & operated by Harper Poe in Charleston, SC. We work with global textile artisans to create our line of “ethnic-modern” home, personal accessories, & wearables. All of our artisans receive a fair wage for their work & we are committed to creating long-lasting, sustainable relationships with these talented men & women.

We caught up with her earlier this summer, when she had just flown in from Guatemala, one of the many places where she works with artisans to create her truly awesome, covetable wares. This is what was in her Zig Zag Noir Shopper Bag.proud mary zig zag noir bag via GemSounds
