Andrea Serrano of Charleston Shop Curator is a dear friend of ours who started a much needed shopping guide for the city of Charleston, featuring local designers & shops in her mini lookbooks she curates each month.
We were so honored when she asked us to style her latest feature on Charleston menswear! Let’s just say we have a new found appreciation for the men & their resources in this city. Everything we pulled was from a handful of menswear boutiques & consignment stores in the area.
The inspiration behind this concept is the album art for our favorite artist Glasser’s latest release, Interiors, which we have been obsessively listening to ever since we got our hands on it. Cameron Mesirow describes one of the feelings of the record as ‘characterizing the alienation of life in an ever-changing metropolis’, which is what we hoped to convey with reflections throughout.
