// artist spotlight : CONCEPT RXCH

Charleston-based digital collage artist & graphic designer, Richard Drayton aka CONCEPT RXCH, creates surreal, vibrant visuals that we want to live in. An explosion of color, geometric shapes, & psychedelic patterns, his work tends to juxtapose major influencers in hip-hop/r&b culture with rich flora & other natural elements. These vivid portraits seem to create impossible worlds where anything is possible.

This Grace Jones portrait with an undeniable 80’s influence (how fitting) is currently hanging in our studio. Seeing her perform at FYFest in 2016 will forever be one of the most memorable moments of our lives & this stunning work is a constant reminder ✨🙏🏽✨

Some highlights of Rich’s freelance career to date are this beautiful cover he did for Citrine’s first print + sound magazine (now available for pre-order) 🍋

This perfect tropical + crystaly album art for Nitty Scott‘s latest release, Creature! (we DIE)

& the artwork for Benjamin Starr‘s Cranes In The Sky: The Reprise

Call us biased but we particularly love this one of our friends over at Ill Vibe The Tribe 💗

While working, Rich is currently vibing on Toro Y Moi’s Boo Boo (same), Tyler, The Creator’s Flower Boy, Charlotte Dos Santos’s Cleo, among many other gems.
